About Allkirana

Allkirana is an online grocery and daily essentials platform operated by Adi Bharat Innovations Private Limited ("ABIPL"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

  • Doorstep delivery in selected serviceable locations.

  • Promotional offers, discounts, cashback, and referral programs.

Service availability, product inventory, pricing, and delivery coverage may vary depending on your location and operational requirements. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Orders & Payments

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after successful placement and receipt of an order confirmation from Allkirana.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The final amount displayed during checkout shall be the amount payable.

Payments

Payments may be made through the payment methods made available on the platform. All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Delivery

Delivery services are available only in selected serviceable locations.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, operational constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring availability to receive the order.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched, subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or any other approved refund mechanism within the applicable processing period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allkirana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, including delays in delivery, product unavailability, technical interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to such claim.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
